Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

• Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Jewelry, accessories, and sale items are final sale.

How to Request a Return:

• We’ll provide return instructions and shipping address.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Return Shipping:

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
